Cold-chain packaging
All compounds ship lyophilized for stability. Temperature-sensitive items are dispatched with cold packs and insulation so they arrive intact and bench-ready.
Each parcel includes a packing slip referencing the batch number and certificate of analysis for every item in the order.
Dispatch times
In-stock orders are typically prepared for dispatch within one business day of payment confirmation. You'll receive tracking as soon as the label is generated.
Estimated delivery windows are shown at checkout and vary by destination. International handling may add time for customs clearance.

On arrival, cross-check the batch number on each vial against the certificate of analysis linked on its product page. Store lyophilized stock frozen and protected from light until use.
